Q: Are You Manufactory or Trade Company?
We are the 100% Manufactory specialized in packaging and printing area over 14 years with above 10,000 square meters workshop area. We have an excellent team composed of 150 professionals and more than 400 skilled workers.


Q: How Many Days Will Samples Be Finished? How About The Mass Production?
1. We are honored to offer you samples, usually we will arrange them with Digital Sample or Dummy in 3-5 working days, finished product sample is acceptable.
2. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 20 working days is enough.


Q: Can We Have Our Logo or Company Information on Your Products or Package?
Sure, Your Logo can show on the products by Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Silk-screen Printing or Sticker.


Q: How can I get a quotation for my products?
A: Before we provide our best and accurate quotation, we have to know more details of your products, So, pls be more patient, and tell us more about your products, for example, what's the size? How about the color? How many pieces you want to order? After we know well the details, we will send you our quotation asap.



Q: Do you provide templates for your design work? What kind of format do you accept?
A: Yes, we can provide design templates in JPG (over 300 dpi), PSD, PDF, AI files which will be better for printing high quality products.


Q:Can you provide samples? How long does it take for samples to be made?
A: Yes of course. We are happy to provide you with samples.
you will need to cover the cost of the samples and the cost of delivery.  Kindly note white dummy is free of charge and you only need to pay the freight cost. Usually, the time frame is around 3 days.



Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T L/C for regular orders, payment terms: 30% deposit, balance due before shippment.


Q: How do I solve quality problems after the sale?
A: Pls take photos or vedios and send them to us. After we have tested and confirmed the problem, we will work out a satisfactory solution for you.
